Easter...

Here are a few photos I took this Easter.

{linking up}
Now I'll surprise you with the SOOC shot... ;)

Sometimes editing makes all the difference.

And now, let us not forget what Easter is truly all about... ;)

{it's one of my favourite songs! :) }

The Little Girl with the Blue Eyes...

Here are a few photos I took a couple of weeks ago...

I absolutely love how the edit turned out!

This one is my favourite! :)

I really like this one too!
This is a SOOC shot. I tried editing it on both Photoshop and Picnik, but I couldn't really get the desired result. I probably would have gotten it if I had played with it a bit on PS, but I didn't want to spend too much time on one single photo. Anyway, here are the other edits:
I used PS for this one, but I didn't like it because the eyes turned out to be too dark.
This is PS as well. I like it, but it still didn't turn out the way I wanted it to.
{Picnik} I think I overdid myself on actions...
{Picnik} The only action I used here is Cross Process. I think this edit actually turned out to be the best. Which one do you like?

Happy Easter!

P.S. I planned on posting a few Easter pictures today, but my camera's battery died, so I'll have to wait till it recharges to download the pictures onto my computer. Expect another post later today or tomorrow {if it so happens that I run out of time}. :)

Friday Five

I know, it's a little late to be posting my Friday Five, but I decided to post them anyway. My top favourite photos from this week are...

This photo was taken by Brooke from Life Exposed Photography. I LOVE it!!! I like how the two branches the little girl is holding on, give a person the impression that she's on a swing (in fact, I just realized they were tree branches, and not really thick swing ropes, a minute ago :P). Also, the sun peeking through the leaves gives this photo an extra special look!

This photo was taken by Carlotta from Pastor's Girl's Ponderings. I love how the sunlight reflects on the raindrop... I love every single part of this photo!

This photo was taken by Mary Catherine from Glittering Compositions. I've always been fascinated by pointe shoes. There's something about them that makes you want to put them on (even if you don't know a thing about ballet) and spend hours dancing, and taking pictures of them, of course! :P Anyway, this picture is the best picture I've ever seen of pointe shoes!!!

This photo was taken by Emily Grace from Emily Grace Photography. Definitely the prettiest daffodil I've ever seen!

This photo was taken by Grace from A Tinge of Blue, a Speck of Red, a Patch of Green... I absolutely love the colours!!

Thank you for vising my little blog! If you have the time, I would really appreciate it if you vote for my photo on Grace's blog: A Tinge of Blue, a Speck of Red, a Patch of Green...

Much love,

Silliness!

I asked Christine for a few smiles the other day, and she gave me these...

Not quite what I expected, but I still like them! :) :P
